1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to Day Wholesale Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) related to your account, orders, deliveries, customer service, account notifications, and related business communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number through our forms, during account setup, or by texting us directly. By doing so, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive messages in response to your activity, orders, or inquiries.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may receive additional messages confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, simply opt in again as described above.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted only to provide the messaging service itself; all other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
